Mrs Lucy Toh, Divisional Director of the Special Educational Needs Division at MOE, shares how the Special Education (SPED) landscape has evolved over the years.

A quality education for the children in SPED schools would not have been possible without the close partnership with the Social Service Agencies that run these schools. This collaboration has helped built independence and achieved the best educational outcomes for every child.
